24 Hour Service

  • We are available 24 hours a day, everyday. 
  • We will only allocate nurses who are highly skilled for each individual request, ensure that your patient receives the safest and most effective support  
  • A dedicated consultant who understands the mental health sector and challenges faced by nurses and clients.
  • A trusted partner with large and small independent mental health and learning disability units and hospitals.
  • Compliant to NHS standards - with a clear and transparent audit process

Requirements

Experience Compassionate Care at One Care Solution

  • A Valid NMC pin
  • Evidence of PMVA (desirable)
  • Working experience in psychiatric settings 
  • A minimum of 12 months experience if working with under 18s
  • A focus on the promotion of health and well-being
  • A minimum experience in the last 12 months in the last 2 years if working in an acute mental health settings (admissions)
  • Willing to work to our company expectations

Specialized in Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Adult and Complex Care

  • We will only allocate nurses who are appropriately skilled for each request, ensuring that your patients receive the safest and most effective support
  • Experience in Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour, Substance Misuse, Addiction, Eating Disorders, Forensics, CAMHs, Personality Disorders, Rehabilitation.   
  • Evidence of enhanced DBS checks
  • Restraint training (PMVA, MAPA, NAPPI, breakaway when required & mandatory training
  • Ability to meet ad hoc requirements as well as long term block bookings
  • One Care Solution can access work in private hospitals, prisons, schools, community setting and mental health and learning disability units, as well as supporting clients to live safely in their own homes.
